Today there are just as many types of financing options as there are investors seeking to be financed. As the real estate and mortgage landscape continues to evolve lenders have stepped up to serve a variety of niche markets within the Investment Property bucket of products.


Investor's are no longer confined to the restraints of Conventional Loan requirements (although many investment property's are still purchased with Conventional financing).
